This attachment also includes a low row attachment that you can work your back with. If you are looking towards upgrading your BodyCraft F430 this should be the first thing you should get.
BodyCraft F200 200 pounds Weight Stack
The F431 Lat Attachment is a necessary if you want a plate loading stack with 200 pounds of weight. It isn’t cheap but it pushes this rack into the professional level. One thing about this upgrade is that you can still continue to use gym plates on top of this stack. The plates are ten pounds each and with 20 of them some people might be limited. But this stack allows further gym plates to be added making the F430 even more versatile.
BodyCraft F434 Cable CrossOver
Didn’t we tell you that this power cage is a great platform to expand on? The BodyCraft F434 crossover attachment is suprisingly compact and has a quality that rivals that off dedicated cable cross over machines. You won’t regret buying this upgrade for about $499.
BodyCraft F432 Dip Attachment for Power Rack
Everyone should get Dip attachments for their F430. Dips are a great way to exercise your chest and has recently been touted as the best replacement for the bench press. This handles attach to the rack solidy and offer quality that is on par with the BodyCraft Power Cage.
BodyCraft F433 Extra Bar Hooks
If you need Extra Bar hooks for your power cage then you might want to get this item. Some people feel secure with a backup or require hooks both in and outside the cage. This item adds a little convenience for you if you wish to work outside for a military press type exercise.
Purchase Recommendations for the BodyCraft Power Cage System
We recommend getting the Dip attachment (F432) and the Extra Bar Hooks (F433) when you purchase the rack. If you have money to spare you can get the Lat Attachment (F431) along with them too. But if you are on a budget it might be more modest to leave out the Lat/Row Attachment for this power cage until you get more advanced.
The F200 weight stack is nice and adds a professional feel for you BodyCraft Power Cage but its a bit pricey and you may want to delay its purchase when until tax return season. However if it is your birthday the BodyCraft Cable crossover attachment (F434) should be a good present. This attachment gives you a complete workout machine at home.
If you can’t afford the F434 upgrade try to save up for it a little each month. It really makes the BodyCraft F430 a great machine that will allow you to push your bodybuilding goals to the limit.
